We may not respond instantly (no call center here, just real people with tea and opposable thumbs) but we promise to get back to you as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience, and for being part of this slightly off-track, simple|kind adventure.

Can I edit or add anything to my order?

No, you cannot edit the content of an order, but you may be able to cancel it entirely, or change your contact info / shipping address. 

In this situation, please let us know ASAP using NuzzleBot, our friendly chatbot – just click on this link [cancel] or this one [change] and it will guide you through the process.  
You will have the option to connect to a person at any time (during work hours), if you prefer, but do give it a try -- it's friendly and well-trained :-)

If your order has already been prepared for shipping, we may not be able to change the address it's being sent to.
