We’re a small (but mighty) team, doing our best to deliver thoughtful service with a side of slightly tangled charm. We may not respond instantly (no call center here, just real people with tea and opposable thumbs) but we promise to get back to you as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience, and for being part of this slightly off-track, simple|kind adventure.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

If something arrives damaged or defective, or the wrong product was sent, we’ll happily replace or refund it, whichever you prefer.  (This includes if a t-shirt doesn’t meet the size guide measurements posted on the product page.)  Just contact us ASAP (within 30 days max) with photos of what’s not right, so we can resolve it promptly.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless something went wrong with your order. This is because everything we sell is a custom product, made uniquely for the person ordering it – part of our commitment to reducing waste and avoiding the ecological footprint of mass-produced inventory that might never find a home.

Your happiness with your Nature & Nuzzle shopping experience truly matters to us! To avoid disappointment, please take extra care to review all the details on the product page to make sure you have selected the right size, color, design and, in the case of our mugs, handedness before you complete your purchase.
