What’s your return policy?

Because every product we sell is made on demand (after we receive your order), it is a custom product created just for you, and cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded once production has started. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective in some way, or the wrong product was sent, please contact us ASAP (within 30 days max) with photos of what’s not right, so we can resolve it promptly.

I received the wrong item – what do I do?

I received a defective product – what do I do?

We're so sorry to hear there is something wrong with the product you received, and are committed to making things right! Please report the issue to our team ASAP (within 30 days max) with photos of what’s not right, so we can resolve it promptly.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after a purchase has been made, unless there is something wrong with it. This is because everything we sell is a custom product, made uniquely for the person ordering it. To avoid disappointment, please be sure to double-check the detailed information on each of our product pages, including size charts, color, and design, before confirming your purchase.

My item doesn't fit - can I return it for a different size?

We're very sorry to hear that your item doesn't fit, and understand how much you were looking forward to it, but we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once production has started, unless we have made an error or there is a defect. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, so in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective in some way, or the wrong product was sent, please contact us ASAP (within 30 days max)
