My item doesn't fit - can I return it for a different size?
We're very sorry to hear that your item doesn't fit, and understand how much you were looking forward to it. If it doesn't meet the measurements shown on the product size guide, we'll happily send you a replacement – just take a photo showing the size issue and report it to our team ASAP (within 30 days max).

If your item matches the measurements on the posted size guide, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless we have made an error or the product was damaged in transit.
