We’re a small (but mighty) team, doing our best to deliver thoughtful service with a side of slightly tangled charm. We may not respond instantly (no call center here, just real people with tea and opposable thumbs) but we promise to get back to you as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience, and for being part of this slightly off-track, simple|kind adventure.

My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.

We understand how frustrating this is, and are committed to making things right! 

  • If you haven't already done so, please check around your house and with your neighbors / building management in case the carrier left it somewhere other than at your door.
  • Please also double-check the address in the order confirmation email to ensure it’s headed to the right location.
  • Packages may sometimes be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive. Please give it a few hours just in case.  

If you are still unable to locate your package, please report the issue to our team ASAP so we can resolve it promptly.
