What is your shipping policy?

Everything we sell is custom-made for you after you place your order as part of our commitment to reducing waste. Our fulfillment time varies across products, but is usually less than 3 days, and our shipping time within the United States is normally 2-5 business days.

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, we only ship to the United States, but we eventually hope to expand internationally. Watch this space :-)

My package got lost – what do I do?

Do you offer free shipping?

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time is a combination of fulfillment time (the time it takes to manufacture and package your item) and shipping time. Everything we sell is custom-made for you after you place your order as part of our commitment to reducing waste. Fulfillment usually takes less than 3 days, and shipping is normally 2-5 business days.

My shipping address is wrong – what do I do?
